5年ぶりのニューアルバム『melancholia』を発表。15周年イヤーに放つ新章。

5年ぶりとなるニューアルバム『melancholia』をリリース。コロナ禍に発表された前作『herein』に続き、全編日本語詞で構成された本作には、ケンゴマツモト（THE NOVEMBERS）、加藤雄一郎（NATSUMEN）、シンガーソングライターChanoがゲスト参加。アートワークは、Slipknotをはじめ国内外のアーティスト作品を手掛けるカナダ人デザイナー Aaron Bonogofsky が担当した。また、小川の加入後初のアルバム作品となり、バンドの新たな局面を示す一作となっている。『melancholia』はオフィシャルBandcampおよびライブ会場限定で販売される。

Five years after their previous release, THE ANDS return with their new album, melancholia. Following their pandemic-era album herein, the new record once again features lyrics written entirely in Japanese. Guest musicians include Kengo Matsumoto (THE NOVEMBERS), Yuichiro Kato (NATSUMEN), and singer-songwriter Chano. The album artwork was created by Canadian designer Aaron Bonogofsky, known for his work with Slipknot as well as numerous artists in Japan and abroad. melancholia is also the band's first full-length album since the addition of Ogawa, marking a significant new chapter in THE ANDS' evolution. The album will be available exclusively through the band's official Bandcamp page and at live venues.
